Description

MP = Mugen Preview

After a few hours with some break, I have made a Sprite Display of the tallest Ultra Beast, Celesteela, AKA Code Name UB-04 BLASTER!

I might make some more sprites of it for MUGEN as a BOSS Character!
And probably deserves a CPS2 Original Boss Theme as well. :P
